At the beginning of the year, I started bootcamp for preggos. It’s an hour class every week with Belly Bootcamp. I first tried out their Yoga Belly class, and decided to try this one too. This one stuck. I love it. The class is not a breeze, and that’s what I like about it. At the same time, however, Dara, the instructor makes sure you’re still exercising at a safe pace. Dara’s even expecting her third child!
Each week, there’s a good mix of routines – from wall squats, weighted side shuffles and band work to pushups, planks and jumping jacks.
Another perk of the class is that you not only meet other expecting mothers but also new mothers getting back into shape. It’s always nice to hear their experiences and make new friends!
