Entry FeedHello everyone! My name is Tania, I am a stay-at-home mother with three children, Matthew, aged 7, Michael, aged, 5, and Sarah, aged 3. I live with my husband, Scott, in Toronto. Don't call me a housewife! I am home to take care of my kids, not my house! I think devoting a few years to nurture and develop them will someday pay off. At least it can't hurt, right?
Never expecting to become a stay-at-home mom, daily I marvel at the mess I have gotten myself into. I can't imagine loving anything as much as I love being home with my children! At first people often would ask me if I missed work. Never. I enjoyed my career, and someday I may again work, but for now my life is my family. Besides, kids grow up so fast, soon I won't be needed.
As I deal with the laundry, the activities, the meals, I try to remember the good times and funny things that happen. This is what keeps me going. That, and the bottle of wine I keep chilled in the fridge.
